            Community Club Meetings:
            Club Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month, September through June. Each meeting includes information about upcoming events, leader's reports, member reports on events, a recreation activity, education program and a snack.

            Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm

            Dates: 2nd Wednesdays, September through May

            Bayside News:
            The Bayside News is a member publication by the newsletter team and other contributing members available at each club meeting and online. Each issue includes member articles describing a project, event, activity, or experience; a president's note from our club president; minutes from the previous club meeting; the agenda for the current club meeting; and other sections that vary by month.

            Articles and pictures can be submitted by any member and each submission counts as a communications activity (non 4-H presentation) in the record book. Please email articles and pictures with subject: NEWSLETTER to

              1. Start with the current list of projects and descriptions:
              2. Then, use this paper form to make note of the projects you would like to enroll
              3. Input your preferences in the ONLINE Project Sign-Up Form:
                    • Number the projects you wish to take in order of priority.  (Project #1 would be the project you most want to take).
                    • Project rosters will be compiled based on a member’s stated priority.  
                    • Waiting lists will be compiled for those projects that exceed the maximum size.  
                    • Members signing up for projects after 10/10/18 will be subject to project availability.
                    • The Rising Star, Discussion Meet, Domestic Exchange, Camp Academy, and Square Dancing projects are countywide projects.  It is not necessary to sign up through Bayside 4-H.
                    • Project fees are paid directly to project leaders at the first project session.

                    Enrollment Fees for the 2018/2019 4-H Program Year:
                    • Youth - $84.00

                    • Adult Volunteer Leader - $18.00

                    Project Fees will vary with the project(s) each member chooses to participate. Please discuss with the project leader upon signing up.
                    Enrollment fees are paid by cash or check payable to "Bayside 4-H Club"

                    • Use your family email address and password.
                    • If you have forgotten your password, select "I forgot my password". A password reset email will be sent to you directly with instructions on accessing your account and resetting your password.
                    • DO NOT CREATE A NEW FAMILY PROFILE if you were a member last year.
                    • Once you are logged in to your family account, scroll down to see the member list and select edit next to your name. Follow instructions, when you get to the Project Selections, please scroll down to see your project list. Remove any projects you will not be taking this year. Select any projects you expect to register and then submit enrollment. A project list is available at  
                    • NOTE: Selecting a project on 4HOnline does not guarantee your space in the project until you are added to the project roster at enrollment night.
                    • After the Club Meeting and Registration you can log into your account to add any new projects that your decide to register in and make any changes to your enrollment.

                    Please bring a printout of your medical form to the club meeting for each person enrolled in 4hOnline. 
                    In addition, provide another copy for each project leader at your first project meeting.
